Picturesquely situated on the sunny slopes of Altenberg between Attersee and Nussdorf, we invite connoisseurs, conference guests, those seeking relaxation and sports enthusiasts to stay at Hotel Haberl all year round.
For over 50 years, we have been doing everything we can to make our guests feel at home. Hotel Haberl combines the cosy atmosphere of a family business with the comfort of a 4-star hotel. Already in its third generation, the hotel is now run by Maximilian Haberl, with the whole family still looking after the well-being of our guests. Cornelia provides delicious kitchen creations, Alfred and Sophie are always available to our guests with help and advice, and Franz, Alfred's brother, supplies our restaurant with fresh fish from Lake Attersee and regional products from his farm.
Our 25 rooms and the restaurant are inviting and cosily designed to offer you a feel-good ambience. From the restaurant terrace in the east you can enjoy the view of the glittering Attersee and the imposing mountains in the background. The "Golf Terrace", on the other hand, offers a view of the picturesque golf course and the idyllic landscape and, in summer, the enjoyment of the evening sun. The panorama restaurant also opens up a unique view over the Attersee landscape.
A special highlight is our exclusive natural bathing area on Lake Attersee, which is only available to our guests.
Uniquely, the 18-hole golf course is only a few steps away from the hotel and offers guests many possibilities.
