The golf club at Lake Attersee is characterised by its unique location, its beautiful panorama and its diversified course. A team of architects - Diethard Fahrenleitner and Barbara Eisserer (known for high standards in design and golf course projects conformed to the landscape) - has designed the course with respect to the surrounding landscape, above all several biotopes, purposefully into the course, in order to create interesting and memorable alleys. Brook valleys alternate with hills, natural alleys with distinctively designed holes. From the course as well as from the generous trainings site you have a breath taking view of Lake Attersee and the Höllengebirge (mountains of hell). The golf course is integrated into a touristic region, but is also embedded between picturesque farms and natural biotopes.
At Par 71, the projected length of 4675-5915 metres has been equitable. Advanced players will still find the course challenging and put an emphasis on a strategic game. The golf course starts with easier alleys, in order to get into the game.
