Group supervision on the mountain for (prospective) life and social counselors

"Aiming high - with a new perspective"
In counseling and support professions, it is crucial to repeatedly gain distance from one's own actions. Group supervision in the mountains offers the ideal setting for this: Cases and experiences are reflected on together, while the movement in nature opens up new perspectives. This creates space for professional development, personal clarity and mutual support.
Even those who do not currently have any cases of their own benefit from the shared exchange and the impetus provided by their colleagues' topics. The group is accompanied by an experienced supervisor and a mountain guide who ensures safety along the way.
Participation includes 4 recognized group supervision hours in accordance with LSB training regulations.
