Sybille Bauer-Zierfuß

Sybille Bauer-Zierfuß is a filmmaker, media artist and doctoral student of philosophy at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Her work deals with themes such as autism, (queer) identity, ableism, abuse, transience, grief and death. Through her interdisciplinary work, she explores complex human experiences and does not shy away from the uncomfortable. Human abysses, making the seemingly invisible visible, and ever new forms of (cinematic) poetry stand out.
