Bewegt im Park - HIIT-Intervalltraining/Piloxing
HIIT interval training is a training method that consists of intensive intervals combined with slow recovery phases. Piloxing: combines the best aspects of Pilates, boxing and dance in an intensive interval training.
Please bring a large towel or mat and something to drink!
From June to September this year, "Bewegt im Park" offers a varied program of activities in public parks and open spaces throughout Austria. Participation is easy, free and non-binding! The courses are open to anyone who wants to get active, regardless of age or fitness level. Under professional guidance, you can try out various sports and new activities and ideally integrate them into your everyday life. The courses are aimed at anyone interested in exercising in a group. In addition to fresh air and a better body feeling, the main focus is on having fun while exercising. Registration is not necessary. The courses always take place on the same day of the week (except public holidays), at the same time, regardless of the weather.
