Culinary symphony with a 6-course gourmet experience.

It's that time again in July and August!
Balmy summer nights and culinary magic invite you to an elegant gala by the lake.

We invite lovers of gourmet cuisine to our gala on three evenings (15.07., 29.07. & 19.08.) directly on the shores of the magnificent Wolfgangsee.

From the champagne reception at 18:00 on the shore followed by a 6-course gala menu including wine accompaniment from magnum bottles to the sweet finale from the hotel's own patisserie.
Chef Hermann Poll and his team will conjure up high-quality culinary delights for all the senses at this gourmet feast.
The evening is accompanied by live piano music and valet parking is included in the price for our external guests.

While the sun disappears behind the horizon, guests take a seat by the lake and can look forward to culinary delights from chef Hermann Poll, who has been awarded 3 toques by Gault & Millau and 3 Falstaff forks.
