Let's call it "intergenerational encounters", which is what happened at the HTL1 Construction and Design in Linz in autumn 2023 and spring 2024. 16/17-year-old students from the graphics department photographed 80-year-old senior citizens in the school's own studio, where on the one hand the right moment was important and on the other hand the trained eye captured the essentials.
The results are digital images in black and white with a twinkle in the eye, as the people were asked to bring a personal object with them. Under the professional guidance of subject teacher Arnold Walter, the oldie models - 6 women and 5 men - were photographed.
models - 6 women and 5 men - were put in the right light and will now be presented to the public once again after Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Weyer im Ennstal, Wels, Linz and Ansfelden.
