Experience a soothing yoga session in the special ambience of our house, located in the idyllic Pesenbachtal nature reserve. During monastery yoga, you will experience gentle movements, conscious breathing and deep relaxation - in harmony with nature.
Holistic exercises that are spiritually oriented, but also have movement and sports medicine aspects. Fascia therapeutic and humoral aspects. Calm the mind, move and feel the body mindfully.Dates:
Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays in the afternoon
