The Yin Yoga sessions take place every two weeks and last approximately 75 minutes;
€ 13.00 per session, every 5th session free of charge.Offer takes place from 3 participants.

BERG - SEE - YOGA is not intended as a sport, but as a loving encounter with oneself. Previous experience is therefore not required and you can join at any time.
Why do I offer yoga? Yoga brings me closer to myself and thus in connection with the world. For me, yoga means a loving encounter with myself. But yoga can only be experienced by yourself. I want to create spaces in which others can also have this experience with themselves.
