BERG - SEE - YOGA is not intended as a sport, but as a loving encounter with yourself. Previous experience is therefore not required and you can join at any time.
Why do I offer yoga? Yoga brings me closer to myself and thus in connection with the world. For me, yoga means a loving encounter with myself. But yoga can only be experienced by yourself. I want to create spaces in which others can also have this experience with themselves.
