Around the Lake

The highlight of the summer of culture is the big lake festival "Around the Gosausee".

Food, entertainment, information and lots of music are on offer at three stations around Lake Gosau!

Traditional musical entertainment and culinary delights await you in the Bärntal, at theNiedere Holzmeisteralm and at the "Klacklbemi" bathing area.

"Klacklbemi" from 11:00 am
The Geigen-Vereinsmusi, the Gosau men's choir and the Schuhplattler "D'Dachstoana" entertain in turns.
The Gosau crossbow club will provide refreshments and a mini crossbow stand for fun and sporting entertainment

"Bärntal" from 11:00 am
the "Gosauer Klarinettenmusi" will provide the best atmosphere and the "Junge Bäuerinnen " will serve their delicacies.

Niedere Holzmeisterhütte from 11:00 am
Tu&I and the hunting horn players will be making music, and culinary specialties including Galloway beef will be served.
Our dishes are prepared in the hut on the open fireplace (in its original state since 1787).
The"Ramsauer Blas" provides the musical finale from 17:00.
