Gluten intolerance?

More and more people do not tolerate gluten,
which is present in normal flour (wheat, spelt, rye, original grain).

The purchased gluten-free breads often do not taste good and are expensive.
So bake your own bread!

Which flours can I use? How do I get a fluffy bread that tastes almost like "normal" bread?

How does sourdough go gluten-free?

Incl. vegetarian and vegan lunch, coffee and sweet gf, detailed recipe booklet, breads and starter to take home, VAT. 

BRING: screw jar for the sourdough, bag for the breads

An eventful day awaits you!  

We bake together different doughs with gluten-free flours. Gluten-free sourdough is also included such as:

  • BUCKWHEAT BOX WITH SOURDOUGH
  • QUICK PASTRY
  • PLAIT GLUTEN-FREE
  • OAT MIXED BREAD
  • POTATO BREAD
Note: my bakery is not gluten free as residue may be present even after cleaning.
