Erwin Wurm: Photographic Sculptures

With his unconventional, humorous and at the same time profound approaches, Erwin Wurm is one of Austria's most influential contemporary artists.

His works question the boundaries of traditional sculpture by often involving the viewer in the creative process. Wurm uses everyday objects such as clothing, furniture or food and transforms them into sculptures that take up social norms and routines and playfully alienate them.
