Of course, our workshop is not about aliens! Did you know that more and more animal and plant species are being unintentionally or intentionally introduced into new regions of the world by humans? Some of these new species can not only reproduce here, but also displace native animals and plants or transmit diseases. The increasingly warmer temperatures also make it easier for many new species to spread. What alien species or neobiotes are there in your neighbourhood? How can you yourself help to prevent the release of alien species?
