At the Mathiasnhof you can experience nature with all your senses. Fragrant herb fields, colorful seas of flowers and the view of the expanse of the Hausruckwald invite you to take a deep breath and come to rest.

We - Thomas and Magdalena - run our small organic farm together with our three children Jonathan, Florentina and Rosalie with a lot of love and enthusiasm. Nestled in the gentle hills of the Hausruck is our herb paradise, which not only invites you to linger, but also to discover and participate.

Living with heart and wood
Our apartments are natural, sustainable and designed with many loving details. Wooden floors and furniture made from local wood create a warm atmosphere and bring nature into the room. Each apartment has a special name - inspired by our products and the joie de vivre on the farm.

Whether you count the stars from your four-poster bed in "Happy Hours" or leave everyday life behind you in the double room "Overdose of G'ühl" - every room is a place to relax and blossom.

Take a deep breath and let yourself be pampered - in our "Kopf frei" herbal wellness room you have the opportunity to do just that. As a trained herbalist and occupational therapist, Magdalena will be happy to give you tips on how to make the most of your vacation with nature's ingredients.

Experience the farm
We are happy to give you an insight into what we do on the farm. We harvest and process herbs almost every day. We process our ancient grains into muesli, bread and various specialties. In our organic herb store, the heart of our new building, you will find all the products that grow on our meadows and fields. We spoil you with our organic products in the morning in the form of an organic basket, the Beautiful Day farm basket, which contains a colourful variety of our farm's own specialties. Naturally and individually created for you!
