Baadhaus is located on a peninsula, directly in the historic centre of Traunkirchen. The old monastery with its church, and Johannisberg hill with its chapel, as well as restaurants, cafés and a small food market are all within easy reach. The lake is virtually on the doorstep and the swimming island is only 3 minutes away on foot.

This 65 m² apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, offering space for 4 people. Whilst you while away the day, you can see Traunsee and Traunstein mountain from the 12 m² patio, which comes equipped with lounge furniture. Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, and the kitchen is both stylish and functional. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. The living area invites you to relax, and it has both cable and Sky television. On the ground floor, the wellness and sports area is available for you to use.

Josef, the businessman, Lisi, the housewife and crack table tennis player, Kathi, the gymnast, table tennis player, and dancer, and Julian, the Kindergarten student, football player, and Ninjago and Spiderman fan.
We have been living by the lake for 20 years, enjoying working and recreating in an exceptionally beautiful environment.
