Eli's apartment, in our beautiful and lovingly renovated Vierkanthof, is located in Unterlandshaag, a small, cozy and quiet district of Feldkirchen an der Donau.
In the midst of orchards, many hiking opportunities and on the Danube, the Passau-Vienna cycle path leads right past our farm. The antique ship mill, which was in operation for a very long time and belonged to the farm, unfortunately had to be demolished in 2020. A lot of things from the mill - such as old beams and boards - were reused and, among other things, the breakfast room was equipped with them. Incidentally, this breakfast room used to be the Rossstall.

Eli's apartment is part of our beautiful four-sided farm surrounded by fruit trees and nature. Our apartment - renovated from the ground up and ready to move into for your holiday - offers space for three people. The cozy furnishings with lots of wood and modern elements invite you to relax after an eventful day.
Eli's apartment is beautifully furnished and offers the option of self-catering, which can be prepared in the comfortable kitchenette. Modern electrical appliances such as a stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment and sink are also available, as is basic kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses and a selection of spices). The spacious bathroom/toilet is modern and bright and has a shower/toilet and a large washbasin with a vanity unit. The facility also includes a hair dryer, appropriate towels, soap and shower gel.

The nearest town is Aschach an der Donau (approx. 2km) with many inns, pastry shops, restaurants, the fisherman's museum, pizzerias, many old Gothic buildings, the former market place from the Middle Ages and the Fritz bicycle shop can be found here.
