Our Maleninsky farm - a small "Cittaslow city farm" in the best sense of the word. It is located next to the historic Basilica of St Laurenz in Austria's oldest town, Enns, on the Danube, around 18 km from the Upper Austrian capital of Linz.

We, cider sommelier Karin Maleninsky and cider/sparkling wine sommelier DI Robert Maleninsky, have dedicated our HErz entirely to quality wine/fruit sparkling wine production, urban beekeeping and brandy/liqueur production.

With painstaking manual labour, we produce self-harvested, regional, traditional farm produce using the most modern technology, refine it with explosive flavours and market it with a modern appearance.
