The holiday flat Villa Stadlmann is located in the middle of the recreation area only about 10 minutes from the centre of Bad Ischl and 500 m from the Katrin cable car.
The flat was completely renovated in 2015. In the course of the complete renovation in 2015, the flat was equipped with underfloor and wall heating. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering with a dining area. Refrigerator, cooker, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toast and various cooking utensils are available. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a sofa bed. The bedroom has a large double bed. The anteroom offers enough space for a wardrobe. The bathroom with shower and separate WC complete the flat. The large garden can be used as a sunbathing area or play area. Private car parking is available free of charge at the accommodation. In summer, many hikes can be started directly from the accommodation. Tennis courts, indoor tennis centre and climbing hall are in the immediate vicinity. A golf course is 6 km away. In winter you can reach the Postalm ski area in 20 minutes by car. The Gosau ski area in the Dachstein-West ski region is just a 25-minute drive away.
