The nature, the fun, the relaxation and the numerous possibilities to practice winter and summer sports lead to an unforgettable holiday. The **spa area** includes a spacious combination sauna (Finnish and with infrared), massage area, two massage showers and relaxation area. The **garden** includes a barbecue area, a lawn for sunbathing and a children's playground. The green terrace on the garage offers a relaxation area from which to admire the magnificent **view of the Alps**. In summer --------- Our direct, central location makes us the perfect starting point for **hikes** and **mountain bike tours**. Whether via the **Panorama Trail** to the Zwieselalm or by bike to the **mountain pasture** **Iglmoosalm**, there is something for everyone. In winter --------- The **Dachstein West ski region** is only a few minutes away by car or you can use the free ski bus.
