For this, a hike around the Buchberg is recommended. The starting point is at the Attersee Hall, which you reach in only eight minutes from the Viehböck bed and breakfast. The hike around the Buchberg has a total walking time of about 3 hours.

Do you feel like a walk to the center of the village? In less than 5 minutes you can reach the center of Attersee.
There you have a good connection to the traffic network. The public bus line, with which you can continue your journey in the direction of Unterach or Seewalchen/Schörfling; the Attersee cable car, which provides you with good transport connections to the villages in the Attergau (St. Georgen im Attergau and Vöcklamarkt) or the landing stage in the village of Attersee, from where you can either take the circuit south or the circuit north.
