Welcome to the Youth House Wurzeralm in Spital am Pyhrn!

The National Youth House is located near the upper station of the funicular Wurzeralm at 1.400 meters, surrounded by green pastures and breathtaking mountain scenery. Both for mountaineers and hikers for cozy there to explore interesting tours. On the sports field, fireplace, media room, Mehrzecksaal and so on is always something going on and the Pyhrn Priel Active Card offers many other activities. In winter, the Wurzeralm is estimated as attractive ski area, the ski slopes lead directly past the house. The National Youth House is only reachable by funicular. The house has 62 beds, two to four bed rooms with shower and toilet, a six-bed rooms and a camp for seven people. In the house overhead, flipchart, projector, screen, TV, DVD, Blue-Ray player, sound system are available. Our multi-purpose room can be used for fun, games, sports, dance and music. At the children's playground with sandpit, swing, climbing tower and slide the little guests will find variety and the fireplace, you can end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. The house is also equipped with a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. We offer full board and you will be amazed by our delicious cuisine. If trips are planned, a packed lunch is often prepared. The artificial turf sports field (45 by 28 meters) with lighting provides the opportunity for basketball, volleyball and football games. Hiking trails and ski slopes lead directly past the house and there is also a climbing wall, table tennis and table football court.
