The Rohrauerhaus is located near the Upper Austrian-Styrian border and is a hut of nature lovers Ortsgruppe Linz. The hut is located at 1,308 meters above sea level and is a popular starting point for tours to the Great Pyhrgas and Bosruck with his Wild Women ferrata. Also for Karleckrunde, a 3-hour round trip over Arlingsattel and Ardningalm which Rohrauerhaus is welcome rest stop.

Accessibility / arrivalThe Rohrauerhaus is not accessible by car. Parking nearby Bosruckhütte possible. Footpath on blocked forest road with a walking time of about 30 minutes. Overnight with prior appointment luggage transport can be arranged.
Open from early May to late October. In the months of May, June and October, closed on Mondays. Winter opening times on request or see website.
