Welcome to the Aigen-Schlägl Youth Hostel – active, creative, and close to nature!
Our youth hostel is located idyllically on the sunny southern slope of the Bohemian Forest, in Aigen-Schlägl, Upper Austria. On clear days, the view extends all the way to the Dachstein – perfect for all who love nature and a far-reaching horizon.
The house is ideal for active holidaymakers, families, groups, and school classes. Whether hiking, cycling, winter sports, or simply relaxing – your nature experience begins right at your doorstep. Even in bad weather, there is no time for boredom: a craft room, media room, and a spacious multipurpose hall offer plenty of space for creativity, games, and shared activities.
Thanks to its good facilities, our house is also perfectly suited for winter sports weeks – whether skiing, sledding, or winter hiking.
