You have a separate entrance and of course a parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
In only 4 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Gmunden, the valley station of the Grünberg cable car or the nearby bathing beach. A bus stop is located only 100 metres from the house. The Traunsee tram is 6 minutes away.

Our cozy apartment is situated in quiet location, you can reach the apartment on a garden path with its own entrance. You have a beautiful view of our manicured gardens.

The 70 m2 apartment offers plenty of space for 2-4 people in two separate bedrooms (with double beds).

A small kitchen with good equipment is available as well as a shower, a toilet and a large hall with cloakroom.

You can use the garden for lounging or sunbathing.

 

The next 18-hole golf course is 10 minutes away by car.

Sailing, surfing, golfing, swimming, cycling, hiking, climbing, tennis are the major sports in our area.

By car: Westautobahn A1 Vienna - Salzburg - exit Laakirchen B 144 direction Gmunden or Regau B 145 direction Gmunden.From Germany also via Passau on the A 8 motorway to the Wels junction, continue on the A 8 motorway to the Voralpenkreuz junction, there take the A 1 motorway towards Salzburg to the above-mentioned exits.

By train: Westbahn or ÖBB: Salzburg - Vienna via Attnang/Puchheim, connection to the Salzkammergutbahn (No. 170) Gmunden station.

The Traunsee tram is a 6-minute walk away.
