Our wooden block feel-good house is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut on a south-facing slope with unobstructed panoramic views.
Our house is situated on an unobstructable hill in a great panoramic location with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.It combines luxury and rustic cosiness to a rarely seen degree.
The house comprises around 180 m² of living space and offers you a kitchen, a spacious dining and living area with tiled stove, a living room with wood-burning stove, TV station and sofa bed, four bedrooms each with a double bed, two shower bathrooms, a bathroom with tub, sauna and various adjoining rooms. There are two WCs in the house. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, which means that a maximum of 10 people can be accommodated.
The garden, which is around 1400 m² in size, is not fenced in. However, the large terrace can be fenced off.
A carport and parking spaces for a further three cars are available outside.
On the large sun terrace you can not only enjoy the great view but also end the day with a cosy glass of wine and a hearty meal from the grill.

We are well equipped
You will find everything you need in our house. All crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, bed linen, towels and much more is prepared for you. In winter we also store wood briquettes for you, which you can purchase from us. In both living areas we have installed a wood-burning stove for you, so that you can not only ensure a cosy warmth but also a cosy ambience which is created by the fire.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract after the conclusion of the rental contract, a cancellation fee relating to the amount of the down payment (35% of the rental amount) will be charged. The renter has the right to organise a new tenant who enters into the rights and obligations of the contract. In terms of the rental price, the original and the replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable. If the tenant cancels up to 70 days before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price is payable. Up to 30 days before the rental date = 80% of the rental price, less than 30 days = 100% of the total rental price.

Exit Thalgau via the B158 federal road towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl take the B145 Salzkammergut road towards Bad Goisern.
from Linz:
Regau motorway exit onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 towards Gmunden and Bad Ischl as far as Bad Goisern.
from Vienna/Graz:
Liezen motorway exit onto B320, in Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 to Bad Goisern.
from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit ‘Eben im Pongau’, via B166 Pass Gschütt Bundesstraße through Gosau, turn left at the Gosaumühle junction towards Bad Goisern.
