CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: You are welcome to check into your room from 14:00. If you
arrive later than 17:00, please let us know shortly. We ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to enjoy our
Eich Spa on the day of departure until 16:00 (depending on opening times). We ask that you leave your towels and bathrobe at reception afterwards.

DOGS: We thank you for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in our hotel.

CHILDREN: Children are welcome in our hotel, and we are also loving parents of two girls. Nevertheless, we ask that your children play at a comfortable volume so that the wellness holiday is guaranteed for all our guests. Thank you very much for your understanding. A swim nappy is compulsory for nappy-wear children; if you have not brought one with you, one is available at reception.

LATE CHECK OUT: You are welcome to keep your room until 17:00 on the day of departure - subject to availability. 50% of the booked category price B&B per person will be charged. Please let reception know in advance or on arrival.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Unforeseen events can also occur. If you would like to take out cancellation insurance in good time, we recommend European Travel Insurance.

SUNDAY REST DAY
(except season B and public holidays): For all guests staying in our hotel on a Sunday, we would like to inform you that our restaurant is closed on Sundays from 14:00 and the hotel and the Eich Spa are closed from 19:00. There is the possibility to have dinner in the neighbourhood. Half-board guests will be charged Euro 10,-- for the evening menu on Sunday. We thank you for your understanding for our family day. Our reception is open until 17:00 on Sundays, a later arrival is possible on request.

ADDITIONAL BED: In some rooms there are spacious, cosy pull-out couches available as additional sleeping accommodation. We grant a discount of 30% per person and night for people aged 15 and over who sleep in the extra bed.

OVERNIGHT STAY WITH BREAKFAST ONLY: Do you only want to take advantage of breakfast during your overnight stay? In this case we will be happy to reduce your room rate by
EUR 10,- per person and day.

By car to Mondsee:
A1 motorway - exit Mondsee; continue towards to St. Gilgen and follow the road. At the second roundabout you take the first exit and follow the road direction to Thalgau. You drive the hill up and down. After about 4 km you see a big yellow building. Turn right and park your car in one of the parking lot.

Coming from Salzburg you take the exit Thalgau and turn right towards to Thalgau. Drive through the centre of Thalgau and follow the road to Mondsee. After about 7 km you see a big yellow building. Turn left and follow the road to the parking lots.

By train from Salzburg to Mondsee:
Train station Salzburg and take the bus number 140 to Mondsee. The bus stop is Eichingerwirt. The bus stop is only 100 m from our hotel away
