Holiday on the sunny side

Our flats, which were completely renovated in 2016, are located on the 2nd floor of our house and therefore guarantee a wonderful view of the mountains of Gosau.

In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and the bus stop.

In summer, our location makes us the perfect starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours. You can start great hikes on the Panorama Trail or ride your bike to the mountain pasture Iglmoosalm.

The Dachstein-West ski region is only 1 kilometre away and can be reached by car or the free ski bus. The entrance to the cross-country skiing trail is also only a few metres away from our house.

Motorway exit Golling - Abtenau, Russbach, Gosau.
Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt junction, turn left onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 350 m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. After approx. 600m you will reach the flats directly at the crossroads.

from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: At the Pass Gschütt junction, go straight on to the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 350m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. After approx. 600m you will reach the flats directly at the crossroads.

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau
Gosau: At the Pass Gschütt junction, go straight on to the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 350m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. After approx. 600m you will reach the flats directly at the crossroads.

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt junction, turn left onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 350 m turn right onto the Wirtsweg. After approx. 600m you will reach the flats directly at the crossroads.

Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee

By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt,
change to the bus direction Gosausee (Lake Gosau), get off at the bus stop "Gosau Wirtsweg", walk along the Wirtsweg, after approx. 600m you will reach the flats directly at the crossroads.

Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166, Gosau, Gemeindeamt, Abzw. Pass Gschütt, Gosau Wirtsweg,
walk along the Wirtsweg, after approx. 600m you will reach the flats directly at the crossroads.
