On the golf course meadow in the center of Puchenau you will find the Aktivpark Puchenau with outdoor fitness equipment. You have the opportunity to work on your health, fitness and mobility, reduce stress and increase your well-being.

The sports equipment is designed like in a conventional fitness center. However, the exercises can be done outdoors in the fresh air at any time of day, all year round and completely free of charge!

Whether in street or sports clothing, in a group or alone, the Aktivpark offers comprehensive training for all major muscle groups, against your own body weight. The equipment is suitable for all (adult) people who are at least 140 cm tall. They do not need to be explained or adjusted to the individual person, as they are designed to be usable and efficient for everyone.

Outdoor fitness is a long-standing trend that has now arrived in Austria and now also here in Puchenau.
