Long before the topic of sustainability was on everyone's lips, the sewing kitchen declared this aspect to be one of its central basic principles.

There are many reasons for this: insane overproduction in the textile sector, extremely problematic consumer behaviour and international structures that ruthlessly exploit people and the environment - these are all reasons that make a broad awareness-raising urgently necessary.
