My mission is to offer you a space in which you can unfold, grow and find your inner balance - for a life full of joy, health and contentment.
In addition to Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga classes, I offer group yoga (private/company), Yoga 1:1, Motherblessings and women's circles. It is incredibly important to me to hold a space for women in which they can be emphatic, loving, feminine and simply THEY. I organise events and workshops in Upper Austria and Tyrol on topics related to yoga, femininity, Ayurveda, pranayama, herbs,...
