The "Auto Toni Em" workshop was founded in 1950, developed steadily over the next few years and was taken over by son Rudi Em 20 years later. The location in Linzer Straße in Vöcklabruck therefore has a long tradition and yet a breath of fresh air has been blowing since the beginning of 2017:

Hermann Schernthaner is once again taking over the business and leading it into the future. The play on words "Sternthaner" is no coincidence - after all, Hermann brings with him 35 years of experience and a great deal of passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand. Starting with his apprenticeship as a mechanic, working directly for the importer and as the manager of one of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Austria - and finally realising his lifelong dream of running his own business.

With the takeover, Mr Em's proven expertise was combined with innovative ideas and products and a significant expansion of the product range.

In the meantime, the business has been modernised in all areas and led into the future by the Schernthaner family. All drive types are well looked after in our workshop by specialised mechanics and we will be happy to advise you on the purchase of used, annual or demonstration vehicles.
