Creative children's dance is designed to give children a fun, playful introduction to the world of dance ! In a playful way, we learn to move creatively and expressively and rehearse small choreographies . Children are given the creative stimulus to move in a playful way, to discover their own ways of expressing themselves and to try them out in combination with music. Pictures, short stories, a wide variety of materials and appealing music encourage them to improvise imaginatively .

Children's yoga:
Yoga is a lot of fun for children, and elements of yoga are combined with dance and play in children's yoga classes and wrapped up in imaginative stories.
This improves their self-awareness, creativity and body awareness .
In a children's yoga class, movement and rest alternate, they experience the community for social interaction. They train their ability to concentrate and correct posture . Children's yoga can help children to develop inner peace and balance . It is an ideal way for schoolchildren in particular to balance out the stresses of everyday school life. The joy of movement is the main focus!
