Craniosacral Balancing is a form of craniosacral therapy. The origin of this effective manual bodywork lies in osteopathy. Events such as pregnancy, birth, accidents, operations, pain or emotional stress can be stored in the body in the form of tension in the tissues. By means of gentle, targeted touch, one can activate the body's self-healing powers and help it to regain its balance. If there is a relaxation on the physical level, it may also become easier psychologically and spiritually.
A Craniosacral Balancing session takes place clothed on a treatment couch and lasts about 60 min.
Cranio is an alternative treatment method that can be an optimal complement to conventional medicine.
