The fitness trail was built in 2009 and runs through the Edtwald forest. The circular trail, which starts and finishes at the sports ground, is suitable for all runners, Nordic walkers, cyclists and walkers alike. Training stations are set up at regular intervals to train mobility, balance and coordination skills. The fitness trail is not only popular with users from Freinberg, sports enthusiasts also enjoy using the well-maintained path.
