In Ried im Traunkreis in Upper Austria, amidst the rolling hills of the northern foothills of the Alps, lies the Schlattbauerngut at 480 metres above sea level. Once a long-established farm, it took shape as a vision.
Pleasure - health-conscious - sustainable. On our organic farm we produce organic oils and organic vinegars from 100% controlled organic farming.
Would you like to experience our production processes live and follow the exciting journey from raw material to the finished gourmet product?

We are happy to welcome groups of visitors (maximum 50 people) to our organic farm and present the uniqueness of the Schlattbauerngut and our products (tour of the farm, presentation including a tasting).
