My name is Bianca and I am an Austrian chef, food lover, writer and economist based in Vienna.

In addition to my great dedication to the culinary arts, I have acquired a comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine through my many travels. Food is culture! And for us humans it also means identification & home! That's why I offer cookery courses that also provide an insight into the history of the recipes and the culture. I offer - open cookery courses for individual travellers or - private cookery courses for groups.
