just not using artificial fertilisers and synthetic pesticides.Organic food has numerous advantages over conventionally produced food in terms of health, ecology and, of course, ethics, and helps to preserve natural cycles. Even the smallest living creature fulfils its role as part of this cycle.All these creatures - including humans - are interconnected and interdependent. This cycle of life can only be preserved if we take care of each other. The protection of these cycles begins with the preparation of compost as a nutrient for healthy soil.The organic farmer's most important treasure is the humus in his soil. Only if the soil organisms, such as the earthworm, are protected is a healthy soil structure possible. This continues with the choice of cultivation methods that are gentle on living organisms and the soil,such as the use of insect-protecting double-blade mowers and low-weight tractors to prevent soil compaction. This goes hand in hand with climate protection.Humus consists to a large extent of carbon, which in turn comes from CO2 in the air. Humus can bind enormous amounts of CO2. The protection of soil organisms is therefore active climate protection and at the same time provides the basis for healthy food. Only when the soil organisms are doing well will the farmer and thus his region and also the consumers do well. With organic farming, we express our appreciation for natureWe want to use it responsibly, but not exploit it. We make sure that our resources are residue-free and recyclable, which is why the products are packaged in glass containers and a deposit system ensures that they can be used several times.
