Schauer, das Beste aus Obst, is a full-time farm in St. Marienkirchen an der Polsenz, where the traditional craft of cider making has become the main business objective. The farm is now run by two generations. The quality and purity of the products are the top priority. A gentle hilly landscape and the high density of the many orchards characterise this Hausruck pear-apple-cider region. The soil and climate are perfectly suited to the trees. We process the orchard fruit and edible fruit from our region with the greatest care to produce the highest quality musts, natural fruit juices, ciders, frizzante, sparkling pear wine, brandies and liqueurs.
