The Traunsee-Almtal holiday region’s initiative has expanded the excellent public transport services offered by the Traunsee municipalities. Around the Traunstein, Salzkammergut shuttle taxis operate on 15 routes daily from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm, serving the most beautiful destinations to enable residents and visitors to travel in style even without their own car.

It’s as simple as this:

• Call the dispatch centre at least 1 hour in advance .
• Call +43 (0) 50 – 422 422 with caller ID enabled.
• Tell the AST dispatch centre your pick-up point, preferred departure time, name and number of passengers.
• The AST dispatch centre will let you know when the shared taxi will arrive.
• Please arrive on time at the agreed pick-up point.
• You will be picked up in comfort and pay the fixed fare when you get in.
