Anke Schlager's great passion is the fruits of nature. Even as a child of 11, she went into the forest, picked blueberries and filled her first jam into jars.

The qualified herb teacher and nutritional trainer processes all the fruits, flowers and herbs that grow and thrive in her garden into creative, even unusual, tasty products. Wild fruits also find their way into her cooking pots. She is happy to fulfil special requests from customers, such as gift ideas for weddings and Christmas parties. The labels she designs and hand-paints can be personalised. Anke Schlager's products are a complete composition from the fruit in the garden to the product in the jar with the individual labelling.
