August Meindl built the wayside shrine after a succesful housebuilding.

On the wayside shrine is inscripted:

" We thank good for the accident-free housebuidling and build this wayside shrine at the driveway"

On the 21st of November in 1984 the Family invited neighbours and friends to bless the wayside shrine.
