The petting zoo of the Diakoniewerk am Linzerberg is a facility of the Erle workshop. It offers people with disabilities a meaningful activity and at the same time creates an opportunity for them to socialise. The petting zoo is home to horses, rabbits, pigs, donkeys, ponies, sheep, goats and cattle. Rabbits, sheep, goats and cattle can be fed. It is important to us that the animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and that people with disabilities are given meaningful work opportunities. In the petting zoo, you can experience our animals with all your senses: seeing, hearing and smelling. If the animals allow it, direct animal-human contact is also possible. The animals look forward to every visitor who treats them with care and love.
