Our craft workshop is located in the medieval town of Freistadt. The philosophy of our company includes the original values of our region, the MÜHLVIERTEL!
We produce reverse glass pictures according to old motifs of the "Sandler Hinterglasbilder".
The largest collection of reverse glass paintings in the whole of Europe can be found in the museum in Freistadt.
The NAMENSPATRONES are made according to 200-year-old "cracks". In our artisan workshop you will find unique one-off pictures, reverse glass and wall clocks, glass balls, glass bells, glass goblets, wooden goods, ceramics, painted candles, ceramic and glass jewellery, Mühlviertel granite jewellery....
We paint personalised items, e.g: Milk jugs, wooden scoops, window panes.... The individual product is our priority and we attach great importance to first-class and professional workmanship, so every piece of handicraft is UNIQUE.
In our studio, the piece of craftsmanship is the centre of attention, and we attach great importance to selection and quality. We are particularly pleased to be able to realise your own wishes and ideas. We paint on wood, ceramics, glass, stone and aluminium sheets (Marterl milk cans). We are particularly proud to have been awarded the Mühlviertler Handwerksstube (Mühlviertel Craftsman's Parlour) award, which confirms that the customer is at the forefront of production and can participate and help shape the process. The craft should be alive and passed on to the people.
We are happy to produce according to your own ideas, visit us in our studio!
