On 23 hectares of grassland, 130 to 150 East Frisian dairy sheep and their lambs live in harmony with the marvellous Mühlviertel countryside. Regular grazing, a very balanced diet with tasty, herb-rich hay and careful care of the animals form the basis for our high-quality organic sheep's milk. In our own farm cheese dairy, the sheep's milk is carefully processed by hand into various sheep's cheese specialities every day. Thanks to decades of experience, customers can look forward to tender, creamy fresh cheese, fine-flavoured sliced cheese in brine, as well as spicy, matured sheep's milk cheese. Sheep's cheese balls and sheep's cheese cubes marinated with Mühlviertel mountain herbs, marinated in fine organic sunflower oil, enrich every salad platter. All our organic sheep's cheese products are made from 100% pure, organic sheep's milk. These products are therefore also very suitable for allergy sufferers. The health-promoting value of sheep's milk is undisputed: Its products are exceedingly rich in vitamins A, B1, B2 and B12. At the centre of sheep's cheese is orotic acid, i.e. vitamin B13, which has a regenerative and protective effect on our cell tissue. Regular consumption of products made from organic sheep's milk regenerates our cell tissue and thus strengthens our body's energy. Our varied meat and sausage specialities offer a change from our organic sheep's cheese products. Depending on the season, our customers can enjoy tender organic lamb, shepherd's ham, lamb kabanossi, savoury sheep sausages and air-dried raw sausages.
