What began in the back room of a pub in 1931, we continue to develop every day.

We utilise experience and reinterpret it, because that's how great things can be created.
We are part of our region and we bear responsibility for it. That is why the raw material for all our products is organically produced hay milk. We want to make a sustainable contribution - for our next generations and our environment.

Organic? Logical!
We do not treat the topic of "organic" ideologically, but out of personal experience and conviction. We love sustainable cycles and for this simple reason we rely on raw materials from organic farming. So that it works on a small scale and adds up!
