Diversity lies in the small things! Despite its small size, the Mörwald family's organic mountain farm on the hills of the Enns Valley has a lot going on. Many types and varieties of fruit thrive in the 3.3-hectare orchard. The fruit is marketed fresh or processed into high-quality drinks. Every year, rich musts mature in the old vaulted cellar. The apple cider vinegar develops its delicious flavour in the vinegar cellar.

A few suckler cows and their calves graze on the lush meadows, as do several Traunviertel grazing geese, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and donkeys. Tree sponsorships can be taken over for old fruit varieties and in the pressing season you can have your own fruit pressed into sag at the Mörwald organic farm.
