Hans Paireder is a qualified nature and landscape guide and a certified coachman. He organises and conducts trekking and covered wagon tours through the wilderness and cultural landscape of the Mühlviertler Alm in a horse-drawn carriage.

Organic delicacies

We lovingly make our own biscuits by hand according to old traditions and form our organic rolls (spelt, cheese, bacon and poppy seed rolls or farmhouse and buttermilk rolls)

We also bake bread from freshly ground flour in our wood-fired oven. Our home-baked breads are a real treat for the palate and are enjoyed by young and old alike.

The following types of bread are baked from different types of grain and ingredients:

• Farmer's bread
• Wholemeal bread
• Sunflower bread
• Pumpkin seed bread
• Wholemeal spelt bread
• Carrot and nut bread

We harvest fresh fruit and vegetables from the farm garden and process them into organic delicacies.

Of course, after a good meal, a flavoursome home-distilled herbal schnapps or liqueur is a must.

We are happy to create simple, lovely gift baskets with organic delicacies for various occasions.

• We leave the modern consumer society behind us and reduce our needs to the essentials.
• We will live like settlers from days long gone. Nature will provide us with food. We will set up camp for the night in old castle ruins or in a riding stable.
• The pace set by the horses will allow our souls to follow us again.
• Community is particularly important to us!

These tours take place for groups of 5 or more. They are suitable for families with children, company outings, birthday parties and for all nature lovers from 1 to 99 years.
