Architect Dipl.Ing. Gernot Kulterer from Villach knew how to plan this church in a simple way.
The modesty of the church's patron saint (Konrad von Parzham) was one reason for the choice of building form, to create a building that is simple in its formal language; a house among houses, as it were, which only receives its unmistakable shape as a church through certain structural ingredients.
