Grein parish church
Built as a late Gothic building, dedicated to St Aegidius. The altarpiece created by Bartolomeo Altomonte depicts St Egidius with the hind and is framed by a lively baroque structure. Magnificent pulpit with the four church fathers, donated by the lady of the castle Anna von Dietrichstein in 1679. Interesting gravestones and tombstones.Church services on Sundays and public holidays: 7.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
